Malfunctions & Errors

Sports Betting Rules

In cases of dispute, the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, FIFA, etc.) at the time of settlement will be used. Bets placed on suspended or void markets will have stakes returned.
5. Account Suspension & Termination
3339bd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply.
- Breach of any clause within these Terms and Conditions
- Provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information
- Failure to complete identity verification within the required time frame
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime
- Chargebacks initiated without legitimate cause against deposits made to 3339bd
- Engagement in bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional offers
- Use of the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
